Archived vehicles keep their own slot: they do not count towards the 3 vehicles of the free plan, and they have no story limits. If the limit is reached, the app offers to archive a vehicle or to get Creator status.
Billing questions
How does payment work?
Payment is processed by Stripe. Creator is a subscription (monthly or yearly), the vehicle archive is a one-off payment. Invoices are provided electronically through Stripe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the customer portal in your profile — the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your content stays online and you keep the free plan features.
What happens to my data if I do not renew?
Nothing is deleted. Your vehicles and stories remain in your garage; only the extra Creator limits and the garage marker go away.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
For consumers the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Paid digital content starts immediately after your explicit consent, which means the right of withdrawal expires with the start of performance; details are in the withdrawal policy and the terms & conditions.
Do archived vehicles expire?
The archive secures long-term availability inside the platform, not an unlimited guarantee in time. You can export your content; the details are described in the archive description in the app and in the terms & conditions.
